Our journey began in 2012 in Mojacar, Spain. It was here from Bar Luz that we started selling our signature buttermilk fried chicken from our chicken shack. As demand for our food grew, so did our company and we invested in a vintage French food truck enabling us to serve our food from home turf. The Chicken hatch "hatched" in 2018 and we began to sell the food we love to make from the place we love - London.
The pandemic hit but demand for our food is still thankfully there - as are our businesses in Spain and London. We now also provide a take-away service in collaboration with GoGetters - serving our food to everyone in Bishop's Stortford & surrounding helping to ease the lockdown blues.
